PAI SKINCARE

For those who know me, you know my obsession with ingredients, for both cosmetics and food.

Living in the usa since 3 years gave me the opportunity to become more and more careful about what i eat and what cosmetics to use

I’ve been using different websites and read articles to learn about all the bad or useful ingredients used and found out that most of our creams contains pretty poor ingredients, no matter if it comes from a big brands or it the product is organic.

Last year i discovered PAI products and it looks like it’s all good ingredients.

Made in the UK, you can order their products directly from their website or you can also some other websites that provide most of their products.

I’ve being using the Chamomile and Rosehip Cream, the Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil and the Echium & Argan Gentle Eye Cream.

I’m using a lot of oils as daily face treatment and really felt in love with the roseship one.
It will improve firmness and elasticity, contains a lot of Omegas. Clinical studies show Rosehip is effective at improving the appearance of scars, stretch marks, sun damage and fine lines.

Would love to try more from them.

Go and check their website for more informations, and give it a try!

SPEEDY ROMEO - YUMMY PIZZZZAS

If you get lucky enough to get a seat as it’s always quite busy, you’ll be lucky to enjoy one of my favorite restaurant in Brooklyn.

Really nice atmosphere for brunch and cosy for dinner, with a cool and friendly staff.

Thin crust delicious pizza, the menu has a bunch of different appetizers and pizzas, have a seat at the bar to enjoy some nice cocktails too.

Don’t be surprised when sometimes speedy romeo becomes some totally different place when the famous Brooklyn series Girls is shooting in the restaurant.

NASSAU - BAHAMAS

After my trip to the Caribbean last summer, i have been obsessed with this idea of going back.

About only 3 hours from New York, it’s the perfect destination for a short or long vacation.

Not going back to France this christmas, after a few hours trying to find a last minute trip and available hotels in the Caribbean, we finally booked some days off to go to Nassau in the Bahamas.

The flight was really short and the airport is really close to most of the hotels.

We were pleased to see that the resort wasn’t full of tourists despite its big resort size.

We stayed at the Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort and had the good surprise to discover that we booked a all inclusive witch means food and drinks all day for free. (along with some free activities)

The hotel has a couple of different restaurants with a few of them that require reservations. You can eat all you want and enjoy different kind of food from Italian to local seafood.

The beach in front of the resort looked really different from our last experience of Turks and Caicos, smaller with much more seaweed but the hotel has a private island a couple of minutes away, accessible by a boat that departs every hour from the resort.

I spent all my days over there where the beach looks more wild with nice trees and quiet spaces, drinking some cocktails...not to say really cliché!

We overall had a nice stay in the island despite a capricious weather, mostly cloudy and slightly windy.

I really enjoyed the all inclusive formula but would love to go back to Turks and Caicos, my most memorable stay so far.

HOMECOMING GREENPOINT

I felt in love with this little cute store in Greenpoint called Homecoming

Homecoming is all about i like about New York / Brooklyn style stores.

You can stop for a nice coffee or shop for some flowers or good in the back of the store.

They have a beautiful wall of plants and flowers to shop at very reasonable prices.
You’ll find a nice selection of goods, sea salt, beauty products, pretty ceramics and more.
