NEW YORK - MOMA - ADRIAN PIPER - A Synthesis of Intuitions, 1965–2016

As i had to go back to New York in april, i realized i didn't have much time to go to some cultural events such as museums right before i moved out of the city.

Moma is always a good place to go as their selection for modern art is always pretty good along with the diversity of artists i can discover there.

I really enjoyed the Adrian Piper exhibition and all the different projects you can see. Here i obviously recall the geometric shapes i really enjoyed, textures, drawings, paintings and lights. I encourage you to go see it, it's on until july 22th.

Having family or friends visiting you is always a good excuse to be a tourist again in New York.

So here i go, enjoying the beautiful streets of New York, taking a cruise all along the Hudson river, under the bridge of Dumbo, walking by the Flatiron building to the Freedom tower, and by the sea of Coney Island, looking at boats at Central Park, enjoying a nice jazz concert at Fat Cat and relaxing at the Gutter playing bowling….and so much more we did and could have done too!

THE APARTMENT BY THE LINE - SOHO

I could recently enjoy a nice christmas drink at the Line in Soho, one of my favorite hidden place in New York.

Created by two twins, Kate and Morgan Wendelborn with Vanessa Traina, the line offers a range of beautiful and minimalist objects and furniture.
Located on the third floor of 76 Greene Street, you are shopping like in a true dreaming Soho apartment where every little object is for sale.

The selection is focused and minimalist and offers a nice range of quality products, from beauty products, to clothes.

Enter the apartment and enjoy your visit to one of the nicest place in New York.

Always a really inspiring place for me.

CONEY ISLAND

Last weekend was perfect to enjoy a walk by New York beach as the sky was perfectly blue and sunny.
I always tend to forget that we live so close to the sea and that's it's so easy to go to by subway.
I decided to discover Coney Island as i've never been there since i moved here.

Attractions and a lot of restaurants were obvisouly closed but still it was really nice to have a nice walk along the beach.

Enjoying the beach fall silence, smell and light....
